I coach late diagnosed and non-diagnosed AuDHD women to embrace their AUDHD challenges and thrive in their uniqueness.

I'm an experienced and skilled neuroaffirmative coaching practitioner. With Level 7 qualifications in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Emotion Coaching Practitioner Trainer skills, and some NLP sprinkled in, I'm certified as one of the first Advanced AuDHD coaches with ADHD Works. I'm committed to evidence-based and ethical coaching practices.
